By booking a tour with Nuwaira Tourism, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the booking form on our tour pages. A booking is confirmed once we send you confirmation directly. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment links.

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice for new bookings, but a confirmed booking keeps the price agreed at the time of confirmation.

You may cancel or reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, and sandboarding are physically demanding. By joining, you confirm you are in suitable health to participate. We advise against dune bashing for pregnant guests and those with heart, back, or neck conditions. Please follow your guide's safety instructions at all times.

Nuwaira Tourism takes reasonable care to ensure your safety using licensed drivers and insured vehicles. Participation in desert and outdoor activities carries inherent risk, and guests take part at their own discretion. Tours may be rescheduled or modified due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or refund where applicable.

Photos or videos taken during group tours may be used for Nuwaira Tourism's marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please let your guide know at the start of the tour.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
